1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on ALL our products with NO requirements. The shipping time is 3-10 days after the order is processed.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • The US is the only available location at this moment.
  • Worldwide shipping will be available in the future.
  • Customers are NOT responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
