Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on ALL our products with NO requirements. The shipping time is 3-10 days after the order is processed.
3. International Shipping & Customs
- The US is the only available location at this moment.
- Worldwide shipping will be available in the future.
- Customers are NOT responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package:

- or Via our customer account page
5. Shipping Restrictions and Address Change
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we’re NOT able to make further changes once the order is shipped.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
- Carrier delays (weather, holidays, high volume) are beyond our control, but we’ll help track your order.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
